Finding Relik!

Last Friday, Sancha and I agreed to de-stress a little bit and try something new for lunch. We had our eye on Pasta Roni but on our way there we saw another place that looks quite cozy. The place is called Relik Tapas Bar and Restaurant.

We ordered their Caesar salad and it was great! It is served with a couple of crostini and a soft boiled egg.

We wanted some quesadilla but it wasn't available.

I ordered Shrimp and Aligue Linguine and it was also delicious. By its name you probably already imagined what it looked like.

Sancha ordered boneless chicken with tomato puree and rice that we were not able to take a photo of, unfortunately.

Overall, Relik has a very good ambiance that's great for talking so catching up with friends or having a meeting will not be a problem. The design is a combination of many different things. There are cushioned seats paired with a totally different one, photographs on the wall, and wall with cushion combined nicely for a good overall look and feel.

They have a good selection of cocktails and drinks too.

The servers are nice but it took a while to get our orders. Aside from the delay, it is a great place to hang out.
